Let’s travel back in time, when I was 18 years old I was working in the service industry as a server and bartender. I started investing $50-$100 dollars a month in mutuals (before I found out about index funds).
I started reading personal finance books and I became obsessed with financial freedom! I started to diversify my portfolio and truly started understanding the meaning behind investing. I finally graduated from college at the age of 22 and continued to invest more money in the stock market. When I was 25 years old I started listening to bigger pockets and became obsessed with real estate.
Finally, at the age of 29 I finally bought a house then five months later I bought another rental property.
